"We have booked a club level room and overall room and staff was great . Only thing a bit lack luster was the selection of food and variety at cocktail hour. We stayed 3 nights and they repeated the same after the second night. Breakfast and tea time food was ok… not great but did the job. Only thing is that for a 5 stars hotel with a 3 Michelin star restaurant in it would make a better assortment. "

"Awesome place to stay in Hong Kong! The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of great restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores just steps away. Two train stations within walking distance and the tram stop is just down the road. Clean hotel that is well equipped. Nice gym and laundry facilities. Very centrally located for easy travel around Hong Kong. Highly recommend this place! "
