"We loved our stay. The house was very well equipt and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. It is a very old house and we were there in the middle of winter. The ground floor was a bit cold and drafty, especially when the curtains were open. Summer would be amazing."

Colourful and delightful everywhere inside. Plenty of comfy spots to stretch out with a book or board game in the house, deck, lawn or patio. "Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!"

"We really liked the location, and it suited a larger group so we could walk every ware to shops and attractions. The views are excellent however with the ranch slider open there is a lot of road traffic noise. Property is very tired with kitchen cupboards falling off, stair hand rail loose, Bathroom tap loose. We had to remove a rug in lower bedroom on floor and put in garage as it stunk of cat urine. "
