"We loved our stay. The house was very well equipt and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. It is a very old house and we were there in the middle of winter. The ground floor was a bit cold and drafty, especially when the curtains were open. Summer would be amazing."

"We had a fantastic long weekend at the bach. We enjoyed eating on the deck looking onto the garden and trees, the puzzles/games were a big hit and it was just a 2 minute stroll to the beach. The bach had everything we needed...the dishwasher drawer and washing machine and dryer were a bonus too....nice to go home with no big piles of laundry to do! We all got fantastic sleeps...very comfy beds and quiet location. Lived this place and will definitely return. Some phenomenal views on the drive...

"Our small family really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, tidy and amazing views of the ocean. Very close to a wonderful little coffee and smoothie bowl cart, Four Square, winery and eateries. It had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy, with instructions sent to us the night before. We will definitely come back."

"We are a family with children 8 and 6 years old and really enjoyed our time at Sue's accommodation. The home has everything you need and with a flat and fenced section it is perfect. It is located in kid walking distance to park and local outdoor pool. Ocean Beach and Strawberry Patch were our favourite spots to visit. "

"We really liked the location, and it suited a larger group so we could walk every ware to shops and attractions. The views are excellent however with the ranch slider open there is a lot of road traffic noise. Property is very tired with kitchen cupboards falling off, stair hand rail loose, Bathroom tap loose. We had to remove a rug in lower bedroom on floor and put in garage as it stunk of cat urine. "

"Central to most of the activites and sites our small school group needed to do. Clean and relaxing and very easy to use kitchen. Plenty of room to lounge around in both with an upstairs and downstairs. Tried to fill in 'other' on who stayed, but wouldnt let me. There were 2 teachers and 5 Year 11 (15 year olds) students. Please let the owners know a small plate was broken."

"Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our time here, made for a much needed 3 day getaway with the doggos. Unfortunately the weather in Nov was a little variable so we couldn't quite make as much use of the outdoor facilities as we might have, but when the weather had a break the deck area was lovely. Still went for beach walks (albeit a bit wrapped up against the cool winds that weekend) - its really quick to walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again."
