"I was in flat 5. Easy access, i phoned in advance to arrange entry into the apartment, i was there a little early, thankfully so was the lady who gave me the keys and showed me around the apartment. Good welcome pack was nice.. All amenities work well. The wifi code was a little tricky, as the login was incorrect, but the password was fine. "Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. "They wouldn't give us access to the property and refused to refund our money! You have to pay them seperately for a deposit through a link they send you with your credit card - dicey and then it wouldn't take my US card so they wouldn't let us in after we paid for the whole stay on Expedia and refused to refund our stay when I cancelled on the spot. Nothing good to say, plus the area is a dump and the apt is located above a very dirty, grungy deli - not good!"

"the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "

"Such a nice warm and cosy place to stay. Kitchen was very modern and the bed comfortable. One of the curtains in the living did not shut all the way, so let a touch of sunlight through in the morning; however, this was a minor inconvenience and we'd happily recommend and stay here again. "

"Donna was a great host! Responded very quickly, and the check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful.
