"駐車場が暗くて狭い。客室はリフォームしてあって比較的清潔感あるお部屋でしたが洗面所の蛇口の水垢が気になり掃除しときました。アメニティも最近はこんなものなのでしょ。フロントの横に置いてあるので自分で持っていかないといけなくて、浴衣もエレベーターの所にあるので持っていかないといけません。朝食はパンのみ。これはちょっと残念でした…まぁ、値段からしてこれは仕方ないのかな… まー、泊まるだけなので満足です "

"The location is great! Sea Mall is right next to the hotel and Shimonoseki station is 2-3 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are nice and clean. "

"I hardly slept on my 3 night stay. The pictures show it as a private room but there is no ceiling so you are technically in a cubical sharing a room with 8 other very loud people. The noise was completely unreasonable and I will never stay at this property again. The slamming of the doors, crunching wrappers, coughing at 3am made me want to leave as soon as possible. The bed and pillows are made of fake leather and blankets and towel must be rented for a daily fee. Worst place I have stayed in Japan by far. I wish I could get my money back"

"The staff was very generous in kind. The facilities are very clean. I had the ability to wash my clothes. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I needed to do late checkout, and I was able to do it for another hour for 1000 yen. I look forward to my return."

"This is like an express hotel with an automated check in via tablets in the lobby. At the conclusion of your check in, an agent will face time to confirm and answer any questions. They have English speaking agents for foreign travelers. The room was compact bur efficient. You use a key code to enter the building and your room. A short walk from Kokura station and the castle park, there are a lot of dining options and shopping nearby. "
