"I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. The room was small and old, the futon mattresses you use to make your bed were thin and I woke up achy every day. The staff were helpful and friendly with limited English. "食事などはボリュームもありとても満足しています。しかし暖房器具が合わなくて苦労しました。暖房を使うと喉が痛くなってしまい暖房を使わないまま寝たこと。家族連れの子供が終始騒いでおり残念ながら夜も朝もうるさかったこと。これはホテル側の問題ではないので難しいところです。暖房器具は部屋に備え付けのものを使うと喉がやられてしまい咳き込んでしまいました。"

"We were spoilt with first class attention and assistance from Andrew, the host, and staff. It is why we like to choose an owner establishment rather than a 'marbled foyer'. A warm lounge and wine and conversation to come back to at the end of an unbelievable ski day. Love the underfloor heating! The shuttle is quick, easy and flexible. The location is great and a short walk to and from dining options. We can't wait to get back!"

"The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages.
