"Very convenient location"

"The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were all great to deal with. In particular, Ben helped us when checking in and checking out, he was fantastic. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Only thing to note is although it is really close to Mong Kok, there are a bunch of stairs and a bit of a walk you will have to navigate before getting to the actual street level. Not an issue if you are cabbing, only a concern if walking. Connected to a massive shopping mall which has tonnes of shopping and eating options as well. "

"In addition to selections above, easy access to buses, ferries, mtr, avenue of stars, ocean view and harbour city malls right beneath the hotel. Avenue of stars just 5 minutes walk, great for morning and evening walks. Marco cafe great buffet at floor 1 with great hotel guest discount. First time in Hong don’t think could have picked a better spot."

"Though the hotel exterior looked old, but I managed to get a newly renovated room and a kind upgrade from Bonnie Wong. Love the room a lot! Just a tiny wish to have an AirPlay or Screen Sharing option on TV would be wonderful. Thanks Sheraton for making my stay memorable!"
