"The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were all great to deal with. In particular, Ben helped us when checking in and checking out, he was fantastic. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Only thing to note is although it is really close to Mong Kok, there are a bunch of stairs and a bit of a walk you will have to navigate before getting to the actual street level. Not an issue if you are cabbing, only a concern if walking. Connected to a massive shopping mall which has tonnes of shopping and eating options as well. "

"In addition to selections above, easy access to buses, ferries, mtr, avenue of stars, ocean view and harbour city malls right beneath the hotel. Avenue of stars just 5 minutes walk, great for morning and evening walks. Marco cafe great buffet at floor 1 with great hotel guest discount. First time in Hong don’t think could have picked a better spot."

"The hotel staff is amazing, they literally have someone always there to open the doors, check in time can be super busy so better to arrive later. :) rooms are kept in good condition, however the building is quite old so expect a weird smell. Great location in Kowloon for walking distances to things and also not a long drive from the Airport. Would stay again!"
