"We were very happy with our stay! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the main square in Kraków, and with a beautiful view of Wawel Castle right from the boat. It was warm and cozy inside, and the experience of staying on a boat was really unique and fun for the whole family. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds! "This was the most disgusting "homeless shelter" setting you could imagine. Booked 2 rooms and paid online...showed up and no rooms and the place was disgustlingly filthy and disorganized. Would not stay here under any circumstances. "

"I had a great stay at this hostel. The entrance to the hostel seemed a bit dodge to start with but once inside it really is a beautiful hostel. The living area was great, the kitchen has everything you needed. Tea and coffee were complimentary all day and the breakfast in the morning was also included, the selection was small but enough, a few cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, spreads, biscuits etc. the rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. "The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. Never again ! "

Great staff in a hotel full of history.

"The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and for a good length of time. The position was perfect. The building was full of character, which did mean there were some ‘downsides’ (not being able to open windows for example), but the history outweighed the negatives. I would have loved to have been able to have more information about the history of the building to study. "

Lovely chic hotel

"Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful room with everything you can think of.. i was in the upgraded deluxe room which was large with buttons for lighting and curtains closing across a huge skylight. Couldnt fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable and i slept really well as very quiet. Breakfast a bit pricey but worth it as plenty of choice. Great location too as just over 5 mins walk to main square in krakow. "
