"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."

"Buckingham Palace was the perfect spot for me and three friends to have a girls weekend in Syracuse, where our friendship started. We had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is divine and fully stocked with appliances to make in-house meals fun and easy. We went to an SU basketball game and proximity to campus is perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. A real gem

"A real gem that greatly surpassed our expectations. 4 of us came into town for a race, and this room was huge. Everything is very updated and very clean. Great breakfast options. Only criticism is the large gap at the bottom of the doors of the rooms. Always hate that--lets light and noise in and compromises privacy. Other than that this was Great."

"Came up as a Valentine’s Day weekend trip with my partner. Cute town, located in the middle of shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself had multiple dining options available which was convenient for a snowy night. Very cosy atmosphere with fireplaces and decorated to highlight the history of the building. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the room spacious. We loved the jetted tub in the suite. It was a solid choice for a good price. Very close to Chittenango state park"
