"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed. The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance. The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. "The hotel was great easy to access. The room temperature was hot, i tried to change it myself but it didnt work so i had to sleep with the balcony door open. Overall what would make the hotel perfect is if it had a front desk. However i didn't have any issues with checkin or getting into my room."

"The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". "The airconditioning was quite loud, and since it was quote cold outside it had to be on. It was a bit noisy and the biggest fault for me was no bedding on the duvet, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But it was a quite modern looking place in relatively good area just a couple minutes via local transport to city centre. "
