"We booked here for 2 nights, but only stayed an hour, as we were upset about the poor animals living on the 'farm'. Nothing wrong with the rooms or the swimming pool, but the poor horses & donkeys are kept in awful living conditions. One horse had a huge wound on his leg, which was oozing with puss & covered in flies. The horses are very thin, with prominent ribs. The donkeys have no fresh water, only a green slimy area. "Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "
