"Great place for a one night stop over in Troyes. Easy walk to city centre and free parking nearby. We have stopped here several times and it’s always clean and comfortable. "

"Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"Hotel was in a great location for Troyes. Car park was full which wasn't ideal and is underground so no good for vans. Only complaint was that the 3rd bed in a family room was terrible. Double bed was ok. Nothing special. "

"Beautiful hotel in keeping with the rustic medieval surroundings however clean modern and stylish, the perfect combo! Everyone at the hotel is so lovely too, so helpful and friendly. "

"The hotel is very old and tired. Nothing like the website claims. Does not have a restaurant. Claims to have 2 bars but has 1 limited choice bar. Definitely not for disabled persons as there is no elevator and the stairs are a little awkward."

"A lovely warm welcome. A superb breakfast. An interesting view over the town. A lovely warm room and comfortable bed with ensuite shower and toilet. Quiet, and with powered shutters to make it dark as one could wish."
