"I liked most of it. The staff was nice and courteous, rooms were clean so it was the facility. My con will be food services. There were VERY limit on its menu. most of them didnt have the ingredients for most of the popular dishes. Then there was not much to see around."

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Anse Chastanet. All of the staff were amazing and went out of their way to really make you feel special. There are two beautiful beaches which are extremely private. More than ample seating on the beaches with your own palapa. Anse Mamin is well worth the walk or water taxi to get to. "It was a really nice stay, but more rustic than we realized and were prepared for. It was challenging to keep our villa temperature controlled and dining options in the area were limited compared with the north end of the island or other island resorts we’ve stayed at. Also there was some construction being done on the resort so not all options were available. "This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"To start off you almost a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the property because it's up the side of a mountain on a little tiny very rough very steep deer trail. The property manager allowed outside guests to come and had very very loud drunken pool parties."

"Lovely property with exceptional views, close to town of Soufriere, friendly and accommodating staff. The road in to the property was a little bumpy and rocky but still definitely accessible. Good sized room with comfortable bed and nice kitchen area. Roosters were a little noisy! We would stay there again."

"Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."
