"Coconut Bay was the perfect family vacation. My wife and I brought our 12yr old son along for a week away from the frigid New England weather. It truly is paradise! "Staff and facilities were wonderful, food was excellent, musical entertainment was excellent. However, food was ridiculously expensive. There should be a snack bar with simpler, less costly lunch food like burgers. Also, housekeeping forgot to give us new towels and it took two phone calls and 45 minutes for them to be delivered. Very close to achieving an overall excellent rating."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have picked a better place! Our room and the view from it was amazing, and the staff made us feel like royalty. The amenities are excellent here especially the hike of the trails. We would definitely stay again! "

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"To start off you almost a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the property because it's up the side of a mountain on a little tiny very rough very steep deer trail. The property manager allowed outside guests to come and had very very loud drunken pool parties."
