"House was OK with adequate facilities, except microwave. Problem was we had absolutely no instructions for the operation of any of them. The dryer had an isolation switch (un labelled) that someone turned off and it took us some time to discover the reason for it not operating. The dish washer also failed to run properly and we believe it was due to a blocked filter. We hadn't used it initially so didn't discover the problem until near the end of our stay."

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay.
