"The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."

"We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. "Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. "I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here. The house was clean, inviting, warm, and well positioned for comfort. The hostess set out fresh baked bread and muffins, butter, milk, eggs, coffee—everything we needed for a delicious breakfast to get our mornings going. The linens were soft and fresh, and beds were quite comfortable. We absolutely will stay here in the future!"
