"Preis/Leistung passt. Alles in allen eine saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Teppichböden muss man mögen, haben uns nicht gestört. Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit festen Bewohnern und Ferienwohnungen gemischt. Die Nachbarn/Bewohner im Haus (die wir getroffen haben) waren sehr freundlich und es ist sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt ist der Zigarettengeruch im Flur, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und in der Wohnung selbst ist davon auch nichts zu riechen. Wer also...

"Wir waren zum Skifahren auf der Winklmoosalm. Der Aufenthalt in Ruhpolding hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wohnung hatte im 2 Zimmer ( Schlafzimmer und extra Küche mit Tisch) plus Bad.. Geräumiger als erwartet. Alles war gut eingerichtet, zweckmäßig und sauber. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Freizeitbad in Gehweite, 2*3 Stunden kostenlos dank der Gästekarten. Und vieles mehr, was wir nicht nutzen konnten aus Zeitgründen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder."
