Everything was great. Only the mattress was a bit sagging. Dogs allowed, sauna and swimming pool. What more could you want?

Very pleasant overnight stay with very friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Easy parking and dog friendly. Would definitely recommend for a Bavarian experience.

It was very hot outside and no air condition, so had problem with getting a good night sleep. Beside that, this place was wonderful with supertasty food, nice breakfast and amazing location! Very dog friendly, so happy to get a dog bed at the room and some snacks for the dog!

Very nice stay
Very nice stay! The only thing that surprised us was the fact that the vast majority of cheese in the breakfast were lactose free which is a bit strange. The steam sauna was out of order at our stay but the other saunas and the swimming pool worked just fine.

Nice hotel with a good atmosphere. Spacious rooms. Good food. The sauna area was good, but the pool was too cold. After 6pm they focus mostly on the restaurant guests (Michelin) and not the hotel guests, which e.g. caused them to run out of towels at the spa area every evening.

Room was gloomy - lighting wasn't best designed to optimise the lack of daylight due to a small window and a nearby tree. Restaurant was not available for most of the stay though when it was the food was very good. Excellent breakfast buffet

Bei unserem ersten Besuch vor einem Jahr waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr begeistert. Leider hat diesen dieses Mal nicht zugetroffen. Das Bad war winzig klein für ein Deluxe Zimmer das ja mehr kostet als ein Standardzimmer. Das Bad war somit schlechter als in einem Standard Zimmer. Nach Rückfrage hat man mir erklärt, dass es ein zweites Bad gäbe. Dies wurde mir dann aufgesperrt. Mir kam ein sehr modriger Gestank entgegen. Die Lüfter in beiden Bädern sind total zu. Die Dusche läuft nicht ab. Eine Lampe ist nicht richtig an der Wand befestigt. Die andere Lampe hängt schräg in der Ecke. Beim öffnen des Kühlschranks kommt einem ein sehr ekelhafter Gestank entgegen. Der Wellnessbereich, der ja im Preis enthalten und mitbezahlt wird, hat am Nachmittag um 16 Uhr weder im Hallenbad noch in der Sauna Saunatücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Rückfrage, an der Rezeption hat man mir erklärt, es gebe momentan keine, aber sie wird schauen. Leider waren wir gezwungen nass vom Hallenbad ins Zimmer zu gehen. Was ist seit einem Jahr passiert? Schade weil eigentlich ein schönes Haus mit grundsätzlich schönen Zimmern. Aber so? Sehr enttäuschend.
