Nice Alpen Choice
Clean and comfortable family room. Great for short stay....but can imagine also to stay longer. Nice location and good selection of breakfast ...but be sure to come earlier as after 10AM the selection was limited.

Basic room but had character and was clear and well kept. Main bit of hotel was basic and had a bit of a youth hostel feel. Pillows were awful (lumpy ) but bedding otherwise very comfy. Breakfast good with a fair selection, Lovely bread. No decaf coffee anywhere.

Arrived 30 minutes after checkin opens. Room was not ready, employee also only spoke german did not really try english. Room was clean, nice shower. Pool was warm, enjoyable, could use some music in the pool area. Breakfast sandwiches were soggy

We traveled with a large dog. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. There were lots of dogs and kids. It's beautiful. Their breakfast was beyond expectations. Overall a fantastic place. We loved it. Thanks again to the staff.

Nice for 2 night stay.
Good for a couple of nights. Lovely area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suite that was spacious however the living room furniture needed to be updated. There was not much to the kitchen area. There was no AC which was known in advance, but no fan available for moving air in the room. There were no screens on the windows so we were reluctant to leave the windows open.

Inzell Hotel
We have regularly stayed at this property when it was owned by a private family. First stay since they sold it. The property has been updated (nice). Checking in was a little difficult as they had no English speaking staff at the time. Our poor German did not help. Worked out eventually. Restaurant is good for breakfast, OK for dinner. Wait staff is a bit slow and appear to be lacking in training.

The room bed was absolutely too soft and interfered with sleeping (i am athletic 187cm/79kg). Propably worn out. Complained and no feedback. Two first days drilling in the next room. Third day hammering started. Some renovation. Tried to take a nap between exercises, not able. Complained and got Upgraded room , which was okay. Breakfast ok, dinner below average. Salad/soup ok but maincourse far below average. Staff mainly unwelcoming, exept one very friendly gentleman in the reception. Especially restaurant staff left lots of room for improvement. It was thanks to this gent that i did not change hotel. Far better options in inzel taking the price. Cannot recommend for athletic/sport trip.

Gemütliches Hotel, ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten in den Ort. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, schönes Restaurant für das Abendessen mit abwechslungsreicher Auswahl an Gerichten. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben mit nur 3 Sternen das Personal und den Service bewertet. Das liegt vor allem an den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption! Für das Einchecken haben wir 1,5 h warten müssen und das mit drei Kindern zwischen 2 und 4 Jahren. In dieser Zeit vollbrachten es die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sechs (in Zahl 6) Zimmer an Gäste zu "übergeben". Ausnahmslos von dieser Bewertung schließen wir die supernetten und flotten Herren und Damen vom Restaurant (Frühstück, besonders Abendessen (sehr herzlich) aus. Danke Zlatko und Kollegen! Die Salate waren köstlich!! Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben das Beste draus gemacht und uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Das der gesamte Eingangsbereich während unserer Zeit immer feucht vom Schnee, bis hin zur Rezeption, war, lag an dem nicht nachvollziehbarem Mangel an Bereitschaft (wieder der Service) den Eingangsbereich (das Tor zum Hotel) vom Schnee zu befreien. Ebenso der Weg zu den Nebenhäusern war nur notdürftig geräumt, teils sehr glatt. Nicht für ältere und gehbehinderte Menschen. Die Lage und die Umgebung des Hotels sind wunderbar, das kleine Innen- Schwimmbad war von den Nebenhäusern nur über einen Weg durchs Außengelände (in Badekleidung/ Bademantel bei Minusgraden und glatten Wegen etwa 3min.) oder durch die auch kalte Tiefgarage zu erreichen. Der kürzere Weg über die Treppe war gesperrt- weil vereist (Service). Kostenlose Parkplätze in 300 m.

Zimmer waren erst 16:30 fertig. Wir waren nur einen Nacht da. Damit konnten wir kaum etwas von den Einrichtungen nutzen. Preislich überzogen bei mäßiger Qualität.

Nettes Hotel mit vielen Schwachstellen
Positiv: Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, gutes Essen, wenn man das serviert bekommt, was laut Menüplan angekündigt wird... wäre es nett gewesen, wenn das dazugesagt wird, nicht einfach der Teller so hingestellt wird... riesengroße Portionen genügend Handtücher im Poolbereich (ist nicht sehr warm) Negativ: Personal: kaum jemandem kommt ein Lächeln aus... So wirklich hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass man als Gast willkommen ist... Zimmerreinigung: darum muss man extra bitten (weil laut Hotel eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung nicht zeitgemäss ist) aber es kommt auch niemand zwischendurch fragen, ob Müll entsorgt werden kann, oder Handtücher gewechselt werden sollen Fenster im Speisesaal sehr schmutzig, viele Bereiche des Hotels - auch im Bereich der Rezeption - sehr staubig, düstere Athmosphäre aufgrund antrazitfarbenen Wänden, keine gute Beschilderung, suchten gute 15min unser Zimmer von der Garage aus... Fazit: wenn man von den Schwachstellen absieht, kann man es sich trotzdem nett machen Tipp: Personal besser schulen was Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit anbelangt
