Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us and didn't get to fully experience the island as we wished but prior to booking I was told the bath house was fully booked but when I enquired on arrival it was available! We really enjoyed this experience. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful! Would definitely visit again"

"The staff here was very helpful and friendly every time I came by with a question. The location in Tromsø is unbeatable. You can walk anywhere in the city center within 10 minutes or less. The room itself is a little worn and plain for the price you are paying, but everything else about the hotel made up for it. The lobby area is a nice place to sit and relax at and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, I loved my stay here."
