"Amazing hotel and staff. Easy ski in&out, very convenient on the slopes. Great view from rooms. SPA and especially sessions with Hannah was a real treat. Very good pizza and food. Highly recommend. Only fall back is you need a taxi to come back from apres-ski and if you dine in the town."

"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. The log burner in the lounge/bar area was lit every afternoon/evening and we always found a comfortable corner. Bedrooms are not huge but are comfortable and we had a great view, worth the extra cost for a lake facing room. "Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go.
