"Hotel was nice, it was a convenient location. Staff were very friendly, they have an area you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it felt like you were sleeping on a cement bed. However it was a prime hotel location with lots of food options in the area and metro close by. "

"Very clean and new. Rooms were hot! There is a law in Rome they cannot turn the air conditioning on in the winter so we had to sleep with the window of the bathroom open. Very loud outside of the hotel. I booked with free breakfast but was told that the hotel decided not to give it to me for whatever reason. I spoke with the front desk and they gave us only one day free but then j spoke with Expedia as well and they gave us one key cash which made up for it."

"location was great - close to Cipro Metro, and a short walk to the Vatican. The advertised "breakfast is included" wasn't much of a breakfast - prepackaged pastries and standard sliced bread. They did have an espresso machine, which saved the day! Also, there's a 24/7 grocery store around the corner, very convenient. "
