We had a bad experience with this hotel and do not recommend to book here because of it. Some key information: Our hotel room was not part of the main building, and the hotel room entrance was accessible behind a locked gate. It was not necessary to go past the lobby to enter the room. The safe in the room was already locked when we arrived, and we were not able to open it during our stay. We left the hotel room in the morning and did not return until the evening. When we returned to the hotel, we discovered that the door was open. Luckily, nothing was stolen. We do not know how long the door had been open, but we suscpect it was not closed properly by the housekeeping service during the day. We do not know if anyone else had been in our room during this time. Had the gate to the hotel been left open, anyone could've entered our room and taken our belongings. At this point, our trust in the hotel security was gone and we decided to find another hotel. We talked to the hotel reception about this the next morning and were met with hostility. They resorted to victim blaming and gaslighting. The employee at the reception even accused us of lying and said that the door had, in fact, not been open when we returned. And if it was left open, it was not a problem because nothing was stolen. To their surprise, this did not cheer us up. We promptly checked out of the hotel and found another hotel where the safe was usable and the employees actually had customer service.

Per chi predilige le ambientazioni dannunziane, difficile trovare di meglio. In particolare, se si partecipa ad un evento al Cavalieri, con pochi minuti di passeggiata si ha la possibilità di pernottare con un terzo della spesa ed il triplo del carattere. Ma una dark lady lo amerà comunque.

Отель оказался чуть выше ожиданий:))
В общем все неплохо.В номере было тепло(многие страдают по нему),мы даже проветривали комнату,и комаров кстати после этого не было.Вода горячая тоже была(тоже многие переживают).Завтрак тоже годится. Из минусов:Расположение район хороший,но от центра далековато.Рестораны тоже неблизко,минут 20 до самого близкого,а оттуда обратно вверх топать под "неплохим" углом.Мы часто ездили к Термини(вокзалу).Такси туда-25 евро,обратно в 15 укладывались(для сведения-это сильный минус кажется).Лифта нету,багаж надо поднимать на 2 этаж(или может даже на 3-там тоже есть номер).

Located in a top notch residential area in Roma west, 5 mins drive to Vatican City which is very convenient for travelers. This service apartment/villa is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Interior deco seems a bit dated but the suit we have was still roomy and comfy.

Arrived late at night and had to pick up key at reception which was unmanned. Room was close to reception. Bathroom very tired. Breakfast awful. Very homely however but service not great. Room was good size but freezing. WiFi code wasn’t provided so unusable until morning. Restaurant unmanned and dishes from previous diners still there.

Das Personal bekommt die Bestnote! Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bitte weiter so. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort und jedes Schnarchen aus dem Nebenzimmer. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich auf einer Art Dachterrasse und ist teilweise mit einer Carport ähnlichen Konstruktion mit Planenbespannung. Es sind nur sehr kleine Tische (eine Art Bistrogarnitur) vorhanden. Jeweils für max. 2 Personen. Im Außenbereich der Dachterasse befinden sich dann nochmal Balkonmöbel. Bei kühlen Morgentemperaturen will man dort aber nicht sitzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr überschaubar und das ist noch schön ausgedrückt. Es gibt einen Orangensaft aus dem Tetrapack, dazu kann man sich dann Plastikbecher nehmen. Es gibt eine Sorte Käse und zwei bis drei Sorten Wurst in einer kleinen Box. Maximal zwei Sorten Marmelade und Nutella, alles in kleinen Verpackungen. Zwei Schüsseln mit Kornflakes (einfach und Schoko) und Joghurt aus Bechern (handelsüblich, wie im Supermarkt). Dazu gab es noch Kuchen. Ei gab es nur hart gekocht und diese waren jeden Tag blau gekocht. Achso, zum Frühstücksraum gelangt man über mehrere Etagen zu Fuß, einen Lift gibt es nicht. Das Frühstück sollte zu einem guten Start in den Tag beitragen, hier war es leider das Gegenteil. Ich verstehe gar nicht, wie die bisherigen Bewertungen so gut ausfallen. Es ist großes Verbesserungspotenzial gegeben. Die Zimmer selbst sind schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, aber auch dunkel.
