"Very lovely large 2 room VRBO in Excelsior Springs, MO Hall of Waters District close to most downtown shops and eating places. Easy walking distance to everything. Our only complaint is that there needs to be blackout curtains for the bedroom. "

"The inn was so unique and had such amazing history. Frank was the sweetest and so nice about us coming in later. When we came he showed us around and told us all about Smithville’s history and some of the artifacts there. Can’t wait to come again! "

"We had two groups of families stay for the Thanksgiving Holiday. A total of 13 adults and 6 grandchildren 6 and under. It was a fabulous stay. This VRBO was beautifully decorated for the Holiday a very nice touch and surprise. I would definitely recommend this place to others. "
