"We loved Smithville. Perfect location to KC. No complaints but just want others to know it is a lived on property and close to airport so there is a lot of noise and air traffic. I sleep thru everything so it didn’t bother me! Great place if you want to kick back and relax all weekend for sure! "

"Description of house was as described. Communication with host was quick and easy. Location of house was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of KC. The only thing I would probably suggest would be for the cleaning fee paid of $150, I would expect house to in perfect condition. The refrigerator needed to be wiped out and I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them. But I am super picky about cleanliness. Also would suggest having more than one dish towel accessible and Kleenex in...
