"Breakfast is great…wide selection different everyday, Room service is exceptional…"

"The room was clean. There were a few things… broken hooks in the main area and towel hook in the bathroom was loose and upside down. Coffee in the lobby was cold at 6:30 am. The water in the shower was lukewarm but didn’t get hot. Two of the usb chargers on the nightstand (built in) didn’t work. The front desk clerk was polite and friendly. "

"An okay place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The price was reasonable, but the room carpet & upholstered furniture is stained, needingg a good, deep cleaning. The furniture is fine, but could use refreshing & updating to more contemporary styles. The hot tub was out-of- service, which was 1 reason, besides location & price, we chose this hotel. Knowing some of the amenities were out-of- service would have been nice prior to booking "

"An overnight stay. Check-in was smooth, staff is friendly. Signs in lobby state construction is ongoing due to renovations, however, we didn't notice. The room 8th floor was new, clean and convenient. I will stay again."
