Both assistant managers are very professional accommodating. Been staying here with my wife for about 4 months now as we look for our place of residence. Studio is very well kept and Staff have great customer service. The only reason I’ll keep staying here.

The staff were polite. The property is on par with any other older Studio 6 hotel. The room was clean and serviceable. As is common, there was always people hanging around or smoking near the front entrance. Overall, average operation.

The front desk service along with the staff is superb and very courtesy. I had made two requests as I had issues with the fridge oven top counter and they came to inspect promptly and exchanged the room next day instantly to provide convenient service. So far, loving their customer service.

Don’t stay here.
The police were called for several incidents. The lobby stank of weed when I first arrived. Internet service was abysmal. I ended up paying for extra data on my phone and tethering my computer just to do basic browsing and email.

I made the reservation on Expedia for my father who was being discharged from a surgical rehab facility. He was injured and had limited ability to go up stairs making going home a challenge. I called before checking in to make sure the room was on the first floor. I was told the hotel was full and no rooms were available despite my reservation.

I guess its your typical lower hotel chain. It's been quite a while since I have stayed at a hotel like this and don't think I will be back. I'll go ahead and spend the extra $30-50 for something nicer.

It was a horrible experience since we stayed there. Always had a issue with the lady that usually works mornings. She always has an attitude everytime you ask her a simple question. Like if you don't want to be there don't work there. We were living in the studio 6 side for almost 2 months waiting for an apartment but had issues always having to do the deposit and one day we asked her can it just roll over so we don't have to keep paying she caught an attitude and told us no we're no the only staying long term she has people that been living there for 5-6 months and they have to do the same thing. Anything you ask her she always has a smart remark. Then the housekeepers you have to chase them down for trash bags toilet paper and fresh towels because we requested no service but was able to get fresh linen and things. So I didn't understand what that problem was either. It was just bad experience.
