I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be much as the rate was really cheap in comparison to other hotel prices, but when I arrived I was really impressed. The hotel was in a quiet and nice location, the rooms were clean and comfortable and it had a homely vibe to it. I would definitely stay there again if I was to ever go back to that part of Cornwall. "Excellent stay at the Old Custom House over Easter weekend. We were able to get into our room early and were pleased with how nicely decorated and well equipped the room was. We also had a lovely view from the two windows over the very pretty harbour. The bed was very comfortable and although quite small, the room was full of character. Staff were friendly and welcoming at the hotel and the lady doing breakfast both mornings we were there was delightful. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good."
