"Property was recently constructed and was an exceptional floor-plan. All new appliances and beautiful walk in shower in the master BR. The property was clean and the property mgr was exceptional in corresponding to my questions. Very close to downtown Boothbay Harbor and the shops and restaurants. We had our sm-mid size dog on the trip with us. The property mgr does want to know the size of dog before you come as they don't allow large dogs. Or that's the impression I got. Will want to come...
