Beautiful cottage
This property is a beautiful, well kept cottage that is stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous views, quiet and cozy. I was apprehensive about the pull out sofa but it was soft and comfortable, no worries there. Go to the dock at night and see the beautiful starry sky and even some shooting stars. Would highly recommend.

Great spot to vacation.
While the place was very accommodating, the yard could use some help. Needs a little TLC and yard work. Would definitely stay again.

Soothing sound!
This is a quaint cottage with nice views of the water in one of Maine’s finger islands. Great area for hiking. The owners have been great with their recommendations and communications.

This beautiful little cottage was everything as advertised! It is a wonderful location and within an hour of most anything you would want to see. Harpswell is a wonderful community and Amy and Dan are great owners. Would seek this booking for a return trip.

Communication with owner was superb. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple. Excellent view of the sound. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Owner loves dog and makes your stay welcoming. Highly recommend.

The cottage was perfect all around. The morning sunrise seals the deal. A cozy place to stay with your partner. Communication the host was also very good. Definitely would recommend this stay even if you have a long drive to get here

Enjoyed our stay
My lab and I visited my son who lives in Brunswick. We enjoyed every part of our visit. The little cottage was clean and comfortable. We loved the view from the windows in the morning but we spent most of our time outside around the beautiful fire pit. I was delighted with the privacy and security for my dog. Will stay again.

Cozy Cottage
My boyfriend and I booked this trip and he actually proposed during our trip! We loved coming back to the cozy studio cottage. The view from bed is beautiful , the stars at night were breath taking! Easy to check in, place was clean the one minor thing was the couch bed is not the best for the back but is cozy and soft. We will be back !

Cozy Oceanview Getaway
My husband and I really enjoyed the peaceful, out of they way location. The view eating from the porch was beautiful. We both were remote working, and the internet was fantastic, no issues. While the space is very small, as advertised, it was very clean and up to date, especially the bathroom and shower. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a couple looking for a quiet getaway.

Perfect getaway!
This cottage is in a great location with the best view. Lovely to wake up in the morning and have coffee on the deck looking over the water. The only thing for us was the sleeping situation and maybe I did not look into it as much as I should have but, the bed is essentially a sleeping pad on the floor. Again, the view makes the stay a great one but something to be aware of.

Lovely Spot!!
This lovely studio cottage was so great that we found it hard to leave during the day to explore the area. You can just sit on the deck and watch the tides and boats come and go. Definitely just one room, but it’s been nicely updated and well maintained- and the deck was our second living area! Never been on a more comfortable sofabed - we’ll be back, thanks Amy!

Great View
The views are incredible lobster boats going out every day the neighborhood is very nice it’s close to a nice shopping area and we went to a great farmers market.Beaches nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from.Dog friendly we bought our pug Sadie lots of friendly dogs walking around.The house was cozy had everything you could need and if you needed anything Amy the very nice owner was more than happy to get it for you.Amy was so nice and had lots of helpful information she’s also a great IT person 😊We plan on returning again soon.

A place to recharge
Spectacular view! Good location near many great places to eat. Excellent amenities and the space is large enough for two and a dog. The only negative was the pull out sleeper couch was a little too soft and sank in the middle. A board underneath the mattress may solve the problem. The grill was great for grilling lobsters - the best way to eat them! We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Waterfront Cottage
What a sweet little place with everything you could need for a cozy getaway. Nice kitchen; good shower and hot water; great deck and an outstanding view. My only disappointment was the bed. It was too soft for me. This was mentioned in the comments, and the hosts clearly have tried to make things better by adding two foam toppers. The other point was it was kind of a downer not to be able to easily turn the bed back into a sofa. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!

Beautiful
This property is exactly like the pictures. Perfect location to travel up and down the coast of Maine. I felt like I was in a tree house above the water. We woke to the sound and sites of the lobster boats going out in the morning. Could not have asked for better hosts!!! it is very private in a quiet neighborhood. Our big dog felt right at home also😂 seriously we drove to Penaquit Point Lighthouse one day. Bangor and through Acadia one day. Up to Lubec one day although that was a long day. Close to Bailey Island and Orr Island and the hosts gave us a list of beaches that were dog friendly. I love Maine have been four times will come back here.

disappointing place
From the description online we expected a cool & cozy place both indoor and outdoor. While the potential is surely there, and to be fair the place inside is very clean, it is very simple and basic. Secondly, while in the photos you see a sofa and you see a bed, in reality the sofa is your bed, and it is totally not practical to undo the bed and close the sofa in the morning as there is nowhere to put the linen, so in reality the only place to sit is on the high chairs in the kitchen area. Some of the outdoor furniture is very unwelcoming (to say the least) and the “garden” has not seen a gardner for far too long. As we arrived very late we left first thing in the morning although we booked and payed for 3 nights. We expected a more accurate description from VRBO!

Miss information in the listing
This listing was misrepresented in the listing. The sofa bed was listed as a blow up bed. There is a 3 inch mattress on the bed and another 2 inch in the only closet. Our first night we were in a hole in the center of the bed, and had to wrap our arms around the bottom to get out. After that we put both mattresses on the floor nightly and put it back together in the morning. There was also no toilet paper. Unacceptable. We will come back to the area, but not this cottage.
