"Staff were very helpful and nice. We had an issue with our shower but it was quickly sorted. Meals taken at the pub were freshly cooked and lovely. Breakfast was left in your room and when you needed more you just had to ask downstairs. For the money we paid it was fair value"

"Lovely family run hotel with fantastic views across trevone bay. Plenty of parking, lovely garden area. We stayed in a basic double room, very clean and a comfy bed, perfect for our needs for the night. Thank you team well Parc for a the fantastic fireworks display, probably the best one we have seen in many years."

"What great place to stay - on the Sunny side of the bay. Everyone is so friendly and the staff are exceptionally helpful. With the ferry at your doorstep who needs a car. Left ours at the car park at the top of the village and had an amazing scenic walk down to The Lugger Inn. "

"Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "Lovely room so able to relax. Good communication from the hotel - it wasn't open the night I stayed but I was sent details of the keypad for the front door & key to the room was available. A list of food delivery options was provided as food not served that night. Tea/coffee in the room plus toiletries. "Really lovely find, lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. Maybe a map of the area in the property folder would be handy. Thank you!"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....

A relaxing stay.

"All members of staff were so smiley and helpful. The chef was very supportive with allergies and worked out a menu suitable for dairy/soya free which was very kind and hopefully next time we can try it out as this time we are out. They cooked a beautiful dairy free breakfast for her. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and all delicious. The spa was amazing, loved the fact that no children were in there which made it a very relaxing experience. It is 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel is gorgeous and we will definitely visit again. "

"This hotel is amazing!!! We have stayed in many five star hotels and this should be a five star hotel!!! It is extremely clean. The rooms are excellent, very good bathrooms. All furnished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely stay again. The history to this place is an added extra and the tours are a must"

"Room was lovely and spacious and the hotel is wonderfully positioned especially for Rick Stein’s restaurant. Room was not as clean as it could be and the bathroom had some mould around the shower which needs sorting. Parking is paid for if you don’t book direct with the hotel which seems highly unreasonable. Continental breakfast selection was great and the staff were excellent and very friendly. We only ate in the restaurant once but it was delicious. Lovely hotel and you cannot fault the staff who were extremely helpful."
