"Matk was very accommodating so thank you. Lovely spot right next to the beach. Yes the steps was a challenge by myself and dogs but was well worth it just for the view.Not able to park on the drive as the Car wouldn’t get up the drive due to luggage in thr boot. Parked in a nearby car parkProperty had everything I needed and was very cleanI did highlight to Mark about the oil tank outside producing fumes but haven’t had a response. "What a lovely place to stay, the accommodation was fantastic, very clean and comfortable and a great central place to visit Cornwall. Alison was a lovely host and surprised us with homemade scones and jam and a lovely bottle of prosecco. "We booked the property because of it's location and proximity to our friends but we were blown away by the quality of the conversion and the comfort the fixtures and fittings gave us and also such a peaceful location with views of rolling countryside ."

"Fabulous location, cottage comfortable and spotless, kitchen well equipped. Bedlinen and pillows, duvet good quality. Shame no towels provided.Garden not huge but secure and pet friendly, more than adequate with the dog friendly beach less than 5 minutes away. Patio nice and private.Turn into lane and parking for cottage very tight, needs extra care."

"A great place for a family Christmas. The property had tasteful Christmas decorations and the two lounges were a bonus. The house was well equipped, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi and satellite. If you like the North Cornwall coast I would thoroughly recommend this property. Hopefully, we will return."
