"We went with our granddaughter (2 years) and my son and girlfriend. The villa was in a great location in Tuscany if you want to be in the southern section. The villa is large, great for groups and has a lovely patio outlook. The dining living area has several French doors that open out to the patio/garden. There was one issue I raised with the owner regarding reliability of water pressure which I hope they addressed. The ‘host’ was super responsive. I’d stay again."

"Our stay at Casamaggiore was perfect. The property was traditionally and simply styled, well supplied and met all our needs. The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region. "The location of the house is remote and quiet with lovely views, while still near the small town of San Rocco a Pilli. There are several restaurants, a store and bakery there. The challenge was finding the house, as the host is not a great communicator (but his wife is lovely!) We really wanted to stay here due to the spa (hot tub) that was listed, but it never got hot (there is no cover, so no way to get it hot) and only a few jets worked, so that was very disappointing.
