"The hotel is clean & the staff are really friendly & helpful. The reception,dining room & bar is very modern but the room we stayed in was quite dated. Also @ the moment there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel & the road you take to go in the hotel carpark is very difficult to find. An Advanced warning by email would have been very helpful. "

"Hotel is great, excellent value, but all around the area is ' under development' so there is noise ( Monday morning @ 0630) and boarding up and some graffiti. I think once its all done it will be great, I was there on business but if it was a couple / family not so great. That said, I think the ' feel ' of the bar , the staff etc may make it worth a try. "

"The accomodation was amazing and the private hot tub the best I have been in. Make sure you take EVERYTHING with you if you plan to cook as absolutely nothing there atall, not even salt and pepper. Very disappointed in the fact the Sauna was not working nd we had not benn informed off this and then when we arrived they closed the gym (one of the reasons I booked this place) to paint it....surely this could haave been done earlier in the year before the park got busy? Several people were there...

"The hotel was very chilled and welcoming from the moment you walked in. The bar and Restaurant have lovely views out over the beach which adds to that relaxation. Spa was great; but the only small issue was there wasn’t anywhere to sit down by the pool, hot tub etc, if you just wanted a 10min break from it all, as per other spa’s we have been too; otherwise very enjoyable; would highly recommend; we will definitely be returning. "

"This is in a great location but the room was a little grubby with the toilet needing to be flushed when we arrived and what felt like crumbs in the bed. The staff are helpful but their systems are soooo slow, taking a very long time to add anything to the room."

"What a beautiful spot! we had a sea view in a lovely room, couldn’t fault it. Meal in the restaurant was really good although one of our party had to wait a while for a desert. Breakfast was excellent, let down a little by one of our party being forgotten, had to find a staff member to rectify the issue - wasn’t because of workload as we witnessed three of the same breakfasts delivered before us. Overall a very lovely stay though, our two hour Visit to the pool, steam rooms etc. was excellent as...
