"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"Near wedding venue. Was asked for additional fee for people staying within capacity of bed numbers. Shower knobs keeps falling. Shower was reataining water in tub very slow drain."

"Staff are great, from check in to dining, to security guards, all wonderful! Very convenient to transportation, on major thoroughfare, jeeps, buses, and bus terminal across the street, via walk bridge. Designated pick up location for taxi and Uber/Grab. "
