Right beside ayala mall. Very convenient location. Walkable to city of dreams and parqal mall. Able to check in early. Our reservation did not include the buffet breakfast so we weren't able to get breakfast before 10am

This was my fourth trip to the Philippines over the years and Seda was by far the best of all my stays. The staff was amazing. The level of courtesy and professionalism is unmatched. Im not one to usually write a review but they earned it for sure. The rooms are clean and smell nice. The buffet is top notch and the dining area is pleasant. I will definitely stay here again, again, and again. Well done Seda hotel and staff! You guys are awesome!

Requested for a quiet room but was given one infront of the lifts which was noisy. That said, hotel checked me in early without cost which was good. Breakfast spread is decent. Malls within short walking distance & airport a short ride away.
