"Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff, great restaurant recommendations, easy 10-15 min walk from bus station, only couple minutes from the beach. Comfortable room, lovely terrace and best of all a bath in Spain that fits a 6ft+ chap. My stay was very quiet, didn’t hear a sound. I think the fact is away from the main plaza may be off putting for some but I think mean quieter stay "

"We had 2 rooms at the back of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Each room had 2 beds and they were very comfortable. Ensuite clean and white with shower. Aircon noisy but efficient and slept well. Rooms at the front will have some road and noise from the bar below. Bakery below at rear starts early but otherwise quiet rooms."

"This hotel is a gem. Very modern style, comfortable bed, good blackout. Our room (15) has a small balcony overlooking the ground floor patio area. In the patio is the pool: adequate for one swimmer at a time. Breakfast at €12 might seen expensive, but it is a feast: cereals, fruit, jamon, cheese, and home made pastries. The staff are amazing, friendly, will do all they can to help. Laura is exceptional. Only drawback is location; 10 minute walk to town centre, and 20+ to the beach "

"We had a fabulous stay, from the time of our arrival where we were given a very warm welcome and comprehensive tour of the house and all its amenities, to our departure, when Pedro Javier very kindly arranged to take members of our group to the train station in El Puerto de Santa Maria, and on the Seville airport, without charge! The house was spotlessly clean and had all equipment anyone could need. State of the art TVs and sound systems, very well fitted out kitchen and beautiful sitting...

"The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails."

"Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily. Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style. We truly enjoyed our week there. "
