"The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We arrived about 2 hours early and were checked straight in as the room was available. Staff very helpful and amenable, they put my ice pack in their freezer. Room quite basic but clean and comfortable and great value. We found the hotel to be quiet but it was not full. Ferry to Cadiz is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and the town itself was well worth the visit....

This seemed to say that entry was to use the key pad numbers preceded by the room number....but we had no room number as we hadn't checked in! After many attempts we got the door to open. "I like the location that is close to restaurants and shops around the old down town. There is free parking on the street. We were lucky to find a spot in front of hotel and did not move the rental car for the 3 days we were there. We did not like that there is no coffee or even a bottle of water in the rooms at all. All the hotels we have stayed at offer you at least a bottle of water, especially in the summer, and coffee even if it is in the hotel's lo by or common areas. Not here. You have to...

"We had 2 rooms at the back of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Each room had 2 beds and they were very comfortable. Ensuite clean and white with shower. Aircon noisy but efficient and slept well. Rooms at the front will have some road and noise from the bar below. Bakery below at rear starts early but otherwise quiet rooms."
