"Parking on site, which was convienant. A few dining options nearby including a hotel restaurant, but most of the shopping/dining optioins were a 10 min drive away in the heart of the city. Hotel staff was a skelton crew, and there were renovatioins taking place which caused some noise/mess, but that's expected in the off season."

"Beautiful property- attached right to the bodega Tio Pepe! Excellent location to walk all around Jerez. A glass of sherry on the rooftop terrace looking at the cathedral was wonderful! Every staff member was so friendly and made our stay so nice. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a great resort location on the beach with two pools and two restaurants. Breakfast buffet is only EUR 10 and dinner buffet was only EUR 25 (prices may be higher in summer). The beach is walkable and about 2kms to the Rota Lighthouse. I spent the first afternoon walking along the beach to the old town and then returned by street to see the old town and newer section. One item different from U.S. properties is that neither of the pools is heated and there is no hot tub. The pools were too cold to use in January but the sun deck on roof of the beach club building was semi-protected from the winds. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. "

"Staff was courteous. Hotel was quite spacious and had a soothing layout. The only issue I had was the heater didnt work too well and even though it ran all night, my room remained a little cool."

"Spectacular! Impeccable service! Beautiful room with gorgeous courtyard view from balcony. Loved every moment spent here. The Christmas tree was breathtaking. But where my heart skipped a beat was when the children from Jerez came into the lobby and were greeted by the Magi ( 3 Kings celebrated here), it took me back to my childhood. This converted palace is a must visit even if you don't stay here. We loved it!"

"Extremely basic hotel. Windows could not be opened and the shutters were stuck. However, room was cleaned well each day and new towels provided. Staff were friendly and, im sure, would have been helpful if I needed any. Great central location and the budget price matched expectations"
