"Absolutely incredible staff. Extremely attentive and helpful. Staff and Manager are commended for care and concern. Very attentive!! Room was comfortable, layout of main room was a little bit cramped, and there was an unpleasant and odd odor in the room. Very large bathroom. Foyer was waste of space. Would have loved bathroom hooks to hang night clothes, toiletry bag, etc. "

"Great location if you’re in town for a Warriors or Giants game. Easy walk to both stadiums. The hotel was clean and modern, with robot helpers to deliver coffee to your room, if desired. Easy to get transportation from the airport (SFO and OAK) and into downtown San Francisco. There’s a coffee shop in the lobby that had good breakfast options on the go. Definitely recommend! "
