"Overall a great stay! The hotel was cozy and clean, with plenty of amenities from complimentary champagne upon check-in, to board games and hot cocoa by the fire in their lounge. We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The shuttle service to downtown was very convenient, as well. The only negative of our stay was that our shower never got hot. All of our showers throughout our 4-day stay were lukewarm at best. "
