"We are ecstatic that we found this property for our vacation. It was perfect for us. We were visiting white sand dunes, Guadeloupe and Carlsbad national parks, and headed north to visit a few other spots like Ghost Ranch. This house was awesome. It backed up again a large range and was private and secluded. So much room to let my 6 year old explore. The stars are night we’re just Amazing. We will definitely be back again! "

"The house is in a very poor location, we didn’t have any issues but the whole town looked very poor. No restaurants nearby or grocery stores (there is a family dollar) so come prepared to cook all your meals, which we did thankfully so all was good. The home was nice and clean. We had a few issues with the water but it was remedied quickly. Over all it was a great trip and it accommodated our family of 11 and one infant just fine. We went skiing at Sipapu for 3 days and sledding down a hill...

"Wonderful adobe home with lots of character and great artwork! Has been expanded over the years so each room has unique flooring. Great outdoor space. Wish we’d had more time to really enjoy it. One bed is really high so if you’re short (5’2” or under) bring a step stool!"

"Overall an enjoyable stay. Our group enjoyed the large kitchen, lounging by the fireplace, and working puzzles on the dining room table. Plenty of space for our group of 8 adults. Older, charming, traditional adobe with low ceilings (several head bumps for our 6'-2" folks). Some furnishings could use a bit of freshening up.
