"This is a beautiful property with lake Toya on one side and Yoteii mountain on the other. The rooms are the largest we have seen in Japan with a beautiful sitting area and large bathroom with a huge tub both overlooking Lake Toya! This made for excellent firework viewing from the room for the local festival. They also had a nice common area in the hotel with some tables, coffee, tea and hot water to use. "Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. "We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"You need a transport to get around. There is only 1 small resturant within walking distance if you are not planning to have all yoir meals in the hotel. The nearest dining area is about 20mins drive from the hotel. Oversall it is a very beautiful hotel with large space."

"Staff was really helpful to check and advise on JR train information even it is not their responsibilities. The hot spring was very well maintain and comfortable to use. Dinner and breakfast buffet variety is very good. The lake view is perfect also !! "
