"Brilliant ski in ski out hotel. "

"Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities."

"Loved the 4 night stay here. The location across the street from the Hanazono lifts is perfect. The breakfast buffet was great but a bit expensive. The room was good soft pillows and two large double beds pushed together. I used the Onsen 3 times and it was nice after a long day skiing. The front desk was super helpful in shipping luggage to Sapporo. "

"As with many places in this part of Niseko, it’s getting dated. They have done some upkeep inside at least. All the investment is over in Hirafu and Hanazono. That said, this side of town still has a lot of charm. The good backcountry skiing is over here too. I enjoyed the onsen. The food was also good, but started to get repetitive after day 2. I stayed 4 nights and wouldn’t have wanted to do another meal per se. There are limited dining options on this side of town,but the isakaya down...

"Loved our stay here! We did ski in/ ski out and everything was so convenient and well thought out. We were here over the holidays and they had so many activities planned for people who didn't want to ski. It's a great family friendly place with lots to do and see. "This property is not far from the Annapuri Lifts and has regular shuttle busses heading to all the ski slopes! Also, the reason I chose it is the awesome onsen and large outside rotemburo! We were able to combine skiing and onsen enjoyment! Breakfast buffet was very good as well. Good value for the money and super friendly and helpful staff!"

"We stayed at the WE Toya as our home base for a Rusutsu ski trip. It was fabulous. The onsen was so lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was super. The rooms are very large and the one time the onsen was closed for cleaning, we used the balcony tub and it was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."

"Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings.
