Be careful before booking and double check you are booking the right property as there is almost exactly the same named property 7km away that looks the same too, but that one is 7km closer into town and will save you transportation time. The other Stream Villa also has better mountain views. Other observations to take note if you do decide to book here: - Property asks men to pee sitting down (?!) - Property doesn't allow windows or sliding doors to be opened. - Property doesn't allow heater to be turned off, but you are permitted to reduce and change the temperature. - Property asks 'guests' to adhere to other rigid rules."

"Quiet and secluded with excellent staff and high end facilities (including a nice onsen setup). The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. If you are looking for an escape in Niseko this is a good option and the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodation and of the dining."

"Loved our stay at Spa Shiosai. We only stayed 1 night but I would definilty stay again in the future. We were snowboarding at Rusutsu and it was an easy drive. A bit further than other options but the price and Onsen were well worth it. It is a very quiet, clean, and relaxing hotel. Thanks for having us. "

"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If the hotel can extend their pickup after4pm, then it is perfect.overall, I am very happy with it. Thanks for their staff and excellent service! "
