"Wonderful stay!"

"The various medicinal pools, saunas, regular pools within the hotel. Very safe for single woman travelling. I saw many couple (older woman with one daughter ….older man with son) coming to rest and enjoy the benefits of the medicinal pools."

"It was a big hotel and there were large groups, but the hotels managed well. The car park was automatic and there was staff guiding you. The buffet was busy but food was sufficient. The quality was better than expected and we even had crab legs included. I didn't expect as I saw somewhere mentioned it was withdrawed. The room was spacious. The onsen was exceptional with plenty of varieties."

They might not speak English (but are they obligated to speak English? No!), but we found them very polite and sweet. Before you complained, check your manners. Very good breakfast on site as well which I recommend adding to your stay as it’s far to the main town to get breakfast. Only small criticism is the WiFi was substandard for a property with so much focus on the details. Was difficult to connect to and stay connected to."
