"Excellent location, less than 200m to the ski lift (small slope to walk down) and ski schools. Prime location for restaurants, ski rental, coffee, bars. Opposite the hotel is a convenience store. Onsen (in a hotel 1000yen each excluding towel rental) is about 3 mins walk on the main road. Bus arriving at the welcome centre is about 10 min walk downhill. "Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer. Hiking there would take close to an hour and it's mostly uphill. The only place to eat is milk kobo which is a 5 min walk. Would be a good place to stay during...

"Awesome time at this place, they really know how to cook delicious eggs in the morning! Very helpful to have pickup/drop off in the area upon arrival and departure from town. Beds are firm but so the trick. Lots of good food in the area. Would recommend."
