Instead of informing me I can park my car for free on the road behind the hotel I first got offered to purchase a paid parking spot for 25dollars a night. Why not be honest about it? "you can either park your car for free on the road or you can purchase a protected parking spot". Additionaly I don't think the upselling is ideal: "would you want to upgrade your room". Everyone who checked in was asked the same question. Everyone checked in late in the evening and booked only one night. "

"The pool is very accommodating to smaller children. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with numerous options. The staff were very friendly . It was a shame that the door cannot be locked from the sinde to prevent small children opening the door and walking into the carpark"
