"This has been our third or fourth stay here. My family loves staying here when we see Monster Jam or if we have medical appointments. A few things that keeps us coming back back is the the staff. The front staff are amazing. There is a lady she has long braids and she is always there when I check in the evening and she is AMAZING everytime. I came in this time and she recognized who I was. "Thanks to the very nice young lady at the front desk the time of check-in - my stay was even more amazing! I informed her that I was there for Thanksgiving but to also celebrate my birthday. She said, oh well I have something to make it more special! When I got to my room, I had an amazing view of the Arch!! Thank you , thank you - for making my trip to the Lou even more special! "

"Room was fine, nice view of the arch...windows were pretty dirty. Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety. But why not leave the terrace open for new year's to watch the fireworks, the terrace was one of the reasons we booked this hotel..... Also for a place that says no smoking the whole hotel reeked of Marijuana!"

"We stayed at 21C for an overnight getaway. The check in was seamless- the staff was very friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean (was missing body wash but it was quickly rectified). The robes were luxurious, a really nice touch. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the hotel; the pool, hot tub and sauna (all clean and enjoyable), the "nightcap at the museum" and the art museum as well. We had a reservation at the restaurant (best burger in town!) and went back to the bar for dessert and drinks...

"This was perfect for doing Polar Express at Union Station - literally just a walk across the street! The free evening appetizers & drinks was the 1st I’ve experienced at a hotel, & really appreciated it! The morning breakfast was good, too. Free parking in the secure parking garage was wonderful, too!"
